Job summary

Eaton's Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division seeks a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to join a world-class team serving the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The role is remote from a home office with daily travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays; a company vehicle is provided.

The position involves on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance and reliability of UPS systems and power distribution solutions.

Qualifications

• Two years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50+ lbs).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support including emergency repairs and start‑up services.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance and reliability.
• Travel to customer sites in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and beyond as required.
• Adhere to safety and company policies during service visits.
