Job summary

Super Micro Computer Spain, S.L. is seeking a Sr. Service Technician in Memphis, Tennessee, responsible for fieldwork at customer sites to resolve and repair server systems. This role requires exceptional technical aptitude, a minimum of 5 years of experience in debugging and troubleshooting hardware, and the ability to work flexible hours.

The Technician will engage in hands-on work with servers from various manufacturers and support customer satisfaction through service excellence while collaborating effectively with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience debugging, troubleshooting, or repairing hardware.
• Hands-on experience with servers (Supermicro, EMC, DELL, HP) is a plus.
• Touch-type 40+ words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Work in a data center environment at customer site.
• Provide on-premise field repair at customer facility.
• Collaborate with other engineers and project managers.
