Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Service Technician to perform fieldwork at customer sites, resolving and repairing server systems. You will be a critical part of post-sales support, demonstrating technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills while supporting our Global Service network.

The role requires on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with account managers to define service programs. English proficiency and Linux familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• On-site field service for server systems in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware and diagnostics.
• Strong written and verbal communication to lead investigations.

Responsibilities

• On-site and remote troubleshooting of complex issues on Supermicro equipment.
• Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence and proactive maintenance.
• Provide second-line support to resellers and ensure quick escalation when needed.
• Train new service engineers and share knowledge with the team.
• Travel to customer sites and participate in problem-solving and reporting.
