Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Field Sales Operations Manager to join the Americas Sales team. You will partner with sales leaders to shape GTM strategy, own forecasting and performance reporting, and drive quarterly business reviews to optimize revenue growth.

This role requires 5–7+ years in sales operations, strong data analytics, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. A focus on large strategic accounts and efficiency across SFDC, CPQ, and related systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Sales Operations or similar role
• Strong communication with Sales VP’s and leadership
• Experience with Americas Tier1 strategic accounts and GTM planning

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Americas sales teams to grow the business and drive revenue
• Drive forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and sales performance reporting
• Manage weekly operational cadence and quarterly business reviews
• Lead ad-hoc projects to improve sales strategy and execution
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement use-cases that optimize revenue
