You will coach, forecast, and develop talent while engaging C-suite customers. The role emphasizes leveraging cloud and AI capabilities to address client opportunities and accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a B2B software company.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle (pipeline, forecasting, reporting) and managing commercial negotiations.
• Experience building relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Experience in, or supporting, healthcare industry accounts or teams.
• Leadership experience (people management, team lead, mentorship, coaching).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Field Sales Representatives to be consultative sellers and exceed quotas.
• Monitor and influence progress against account plans, forecast performance and drive consumption.
• Develop a strong performance culture through data-driven coaching and career development support.
• Build executive relationships with customers and understand their technology footprint and strategy.
• Utilize cloud, data, and AI knowledge to articulate Google Cloud's value to customers.
