Qualifications

• Experience in or supporting healthcare industry accounts or teams.
• Leadership experience (people management, team lead, mentorship, coaching).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Field Sales Representatives to be consultative sellers and exceed quotas.
• Forecast business performance and manage account plans.
• Drive growth and maximize value of accounts through a high-performance culture.
• Build executive relationships and influence long-term direction with customers.
