Job summary

Mercy Home Services, Inc. seeks a dynamic sales leader to build and run a private-pay/VA/Pediatric Medicaid pipeline in the Denver metro area. You will source referrals, lead the liaisons, and drive growth from day one.

You are the first salesperson, with documented systems to scale, uncapped bonus, and a clear growth path into a team leadership role across private pay and Medicaid channels. This is a field-based role with a competitive base salary and generous upside.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside, B2B or B2C sales experience; healthcare referral experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to work in clients’ homes and partners’ offices across the Denver metro.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead your own liaison team to drive private-pay and Medicaid growth.
• Source visits, conduct in-home assessments, close deals, and start of care.
• Manage referrals and develop relationships with hospitals, social workers, and VA partners.
