Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B or B2C).
• Experience with home care, hospice, senior living or healthcare referrals is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• Own the pipeline end-to-end from visits to start of care.
• Implement the documented playbook and monitor milestones.
