Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in health care, home care, or related fields.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to work in clients' homes and partner offices across the Denver metro.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a liaison team to drive private-pay growth.
• Source visits, in-home assessments, and close deals; manage start of care.
• Grow and manage the payer mix, with uncapped bonus potential.
• Report KPI metrics and milestones to the owner; scale the team over time.
