Mercy Home Services, Inc. seeks a dedicated sales leader to build and grow its private-pay home care line across the Denver metro. You will own the pipeline, drive client acquisition from initial contact through start of care, and lead a team to achieve growth milestones.

A fast-paced, field-based role with a generous base salary and uncapped bonus targets awaits. Expect a $75,000 base salary plus an uncapped bonus; first-year target about $55,000, totaling roughly $130,000 when at target.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, business or consumer experience; healthcare referral experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel across referrals
• Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the private-pay line: manage pipeline, numbers and results; lead from visit to start of care
• Place veterans through VA Homemaker/Home Health Aide programs
• Build relationships with social workers and case managers at Colorado hospitals to reach Medicaid families
• Execute tiered referral plan with hospital discharge planners, elder law attorneys, care managers and VA workers
• Return calls within 60 minutes; use AI assistant for after-hours inquiries
• Track referrals, conversions and stalled leads on the dashboard and report weekly to owner
