Job summary

Mercy Home Services, Inc. in Aurora, CO is looking for its first salesperson to build and lead private-pay growth, plus VA and pediatric Medicaid referrals, across the Denver metro in a field-based role.

You will own the pipeline end-to-end—from visits and in-home assessments to closing and start of care—and hire and lead the liaisons who execute the playbook. Uncapped bonus, a $75,000 base salary, and an override on the liaisons\' production set a clear path to higher earnings as you scale the

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside, B2B or B2C sales experience in home care, hospice, senior living or healthcare referral is a strong plus, not required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to work in clients\' homes and partners\' offices across the Denver metro.

Responsibilities

• Own the private-pay growth pipeline end-to-end: source visits, in-home assessments, close and start of care.
• Place eligible veterans through the VA Homemaker/Home Health Aide program under VA Community Care.
• Build referral relationships with social workers and case managers at Colorado children\'s hospitals for IHSS/CFC pediatric Medicaid.
• Lead and hire liaisons, train them, and manage their production with an override on their results.
