Job summary

AmerisourceBergen seeks a Field Sales Lead Specialist to drive World Courier opportunities and build out a customer-focused sales strategy. You will lead a territory plan, identify prospects, present solutions, and nurture client relationships to hit revenue targets.

The role requires 6–8 years in advanced sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of sales experience.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical or medical logistics preferred.
• Ability to communicate proposals, reports and customer presentations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue targets for the territory.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with World Courier goals.
• Collaborate with regional teams and send ongoing communications to clients.
• Identify potential clients in Biopharmaceutical and Clinical Trials logistics.
• Visit clients to promote World Courier offerings and partnerships.
• Manage budget within the sales portfolio and attend conferences as needed.
