World Courier, part of Cencora, is seeking a Field Sales Lead Specialist to initiate, direct, and execute the sales strategy across our California portfolio. This remote, full-time role collaborates with the regional sales team to grow World Courier’s biopharma and clinical trials offerings and to build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree and 6–8 years of sales experience, preferably in pharma/logistics, with proven presentation, analytic, and communication

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year Bachelor's degree.
• 6–8 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience selling to or working with personnel in pharma/medical logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue goals for the territory.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with World Courier’s direction.
• Collaborate with Regional sales to align the organizational plan and strategies.
• Visit potential clients to promote World Courier services and partnerships.
• Maintain Salesforce activity to track activities, pipeline, and relationships.
