NextGear, a Cox Automotive Brand, seeks a Senior Field Sales Representative/Senior Client Solutions Executive to cover the greater Cleveland area. This full-time outside sales role focuses on acquiring new business, maintaining dealer relationships, and exceeding loan and ancillary product targets.

You will educate customers on inventory financing and NextGear Capital products, develop aggressive market plans, and build a strong prospect list through cold calls and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience in a related field, or a combination such as master's degree with 2 years, or PhD with 1 year, or 8 years in a related field.
• Safe drivers required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on NextGear Capital products and services, including inventory financing and ancillary offerings.
• Develop aggressive sales plans within a defined market and build prospect lists via cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Conduct cold calls weekly to establish new relationships and follow up on leads with urgency.
• Increase loan volume and utilization through service calls and engagement with dealers in the territory.
• Underwrite initial applications and monitor the credit process; contract and orient new customers.
