Job summary

North is seeking an Associate Director – SaaS, Software & Payment Processing to lead a local field sales team. You’ll close deals, mentor reps, and own the full sales cycle from the first call to the final close while showing up as a true player-coach in a fast-paced startup environment.

In this remote field role, you’ll build partnerships with POS dealers and designers, perform captivating demos, and use Salesforce to track activities and forecast results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Prior sales experience in field or startup environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a local territory.

Responsibilities

• Build a local business list and guide through full sales cycle.
• Forge partnerships with POS dealers, web designers, and referral networks.
• Deliver product demos to prospects.
