Job summary

North is seeking a Director to lead the NDSF Sales Professionals, guiding a field team in selling North’s SaaS and payment processing solutions to local businesses. You will coach, coach, and drive performance while expanding our market footprint and partnerships in your community.

You will oversee strategy, recruitment, and execution to ensure top-line growth and exceptional customer experiences, with uncapped earning potential through commissions and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, with 1–2 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience in SaaS, software, or payment processing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Professionals to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Create and execute sales plans to enter new markets and build partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales support, product development, and client services for onboarding.
• Promote company initiatives and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvements and growth opportunities.
