Job summary

North is seeking a Director to lead our NDFS team, guiding sales professionals in delivering North’s SaaS platforms and payment processing solutions to local restaurants, retailers, and entrepreneurs. You’ll coach, recruit, and enable a high-performing field team that achieves revenue and profitability goals.

You’ll partner with cross-functional groups to ensure seamless onboarding, exceptional client experiences, and ongoing program improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of a drug screening.
• Must live in or near your assigned sales region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Professionals to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Create and execute sales plans to break into new markets and build referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales support, product development, and client services for smooth onboarding and a superior customer experience.
• Embrace and promote company initiatives and new programs to keep the team ahead.
• Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership to drive improvements and growth.
