Job summary

North is seeking a Director to lead our NDSF Sales Professionals in delivering cutting-edge SaaS and payment processing solutions to local restaurants, retailers, and entrepreneurs. You’ll coach a field team, drive revenue, and partner with product, sales support, and client services to ensure outstanding client experiences.

You'll recruit, coach, and empower your team, roll up your sleeves in the field, and align initiatives with North’s growth goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of a drug screening.
• Must live in or near your assigned sales region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Professionals to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Create and execute plans to break into new markets and build partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales support, product development, and client services for onboarding.
• Promote company programs to keep the team ahead of the curve.
• Share data and insights with senior leadership to identify improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
