Job summary

North is seeking a Director to lead the NDSF Sales Professionals in the United States, focusing on SaaS, software, and payment processing solutions for restaurants, retailers, and local entrepreneurs.

You will coach a high-performing team, drive revenue goals, and partner with product and client services to ensure a superior customer experience across local markets. This leadership role emphasizes frontline involvement, strategic planning, and market growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 18 years of age or older, valid driver’s license, completion of a drug screening, must live in or near your assigned sales region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Professionals focused on meeting—and exceeding North’s annual revenue and profitability goals.
• Create and execute sales plans to break into new markets, expand presence in the community, and build referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with teams across North to ensure onboarding and a superior customer experience for every new client.
• Embrace and promote company initiatives and new programs, ensuring the team stays ahead of the curve.
• Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership to identify process improvements and growth opportunities.
• Other responsibilities as assigned—growth and evolving priorities.
