North is seeking a Director to lead the NDSF Sales Professionals, guiding a field team to deliver North’s SaaS and payment processing solutions to local businesses. You will coach, recruit, and empower a high-performing team to build community presence and partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of professional experience with 1–2 years in leadership, SaaS awareness, and a track record of driving growth, with a commission-based compensation model and uncapped incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of a drug screening.
• Must live in or near your assigned sales region.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
• Typically 6+ years of professional experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.

• Lead a team of Sales Professionals to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
• Create and execute sales plans to break into new markets and build referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales support, product development, and client services for seamless onboarding.
• Promote initiatives and new programs to keep the team ahead of the curve.
• Share insights with senior leadership to identify improvements and growth opportunities.
• Recruit, coach, and support the team in the field and front-line leadership.
