Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to join the North America team. You will be the subject-matter expert on reimbursement and coverage, enabling patient access to Pfizer products across assigned regions.

You will educate HCPs and staff on payer policies, coordinate with access programs, and maintain compliance while communicating insights to leadership. Requires strong communication, leadership, and travel readiness.

Formación

• 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or reimbursement.
• Experience with reimbursement/coverage and payer policies.
• Bachelor’s degree required (B.S./B.A.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to cross-functionally collaborate.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment with strict compliance.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record.
• Ability to influence and coach colleagues; leadership across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct office calls with healthcare professionals to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, formulary changes, and patient support.
• Distribute materials related to coverage and reimbursement, including Patient Assistance Programs.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance and HCP portals; understand payer requirements for patients.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access programs to understand payer requirements.
• Address questions on prescription status for patients in access programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system.
