Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical industry, sales or reimbursement, with field experience.
• Strong knowledge of specialty drug reimbursement and payer policies.
• Proven ability to communicate and present to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, formulary changes, and patient support.
• Distribute Pfizer materials related to coverage and patient assistance programs.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance offerings and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access programs to understand payer requirements.
• Address questions about prescription status of patients enrolled in Pfizer programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system.
• Serve as subject matter expert on reimbursement issues affecting Pfizer products in assigned regions.
