Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of Specialty Drug Reimbursement and payer policies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to support patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary updates.
• Distribute materials related to coverage and patient assistance programs.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance offerings and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with patient access programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients in access programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system.
