Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as the subject matter expert on reimbursement and coverage in their assigned region. You will enable patient access, deliver payer education, and align with internal leadership on market impact. The role requires travel and a strong compliance posture.

You will work with HCPs and staff, coordinate with access programs, and provide timely insights to leadership to address reimbursement challenges and patient care objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years pharmaceutical experience in sales or reimbursement.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across internal boundaries and stakeholders.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment and compliance.
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record.
• Willingness to travel ~50% for live customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access to Pfizer products.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary updates.
• Distribute Pfizer materials related to coverage and patient assistance programs.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access programs to understand payer requirements.
• Address questions about prescription status of patients in access programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system.
