Pfizer North America is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as the subject matter expert on reimbursement and coverage within assigned regions, supporting patient access to Pfizer products. You will interpret local market insights for Pfizer leadership and ensure compliant communications with stakeholders.

This role requires strong communication, organizational and relationship skills, with a travel expectation around 50% for live customer interactions and a robust education program

Qualificações

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding/reimbursement.
• Reimbursement and access experience is a plus with knowledge of payer policies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment with compliance.
• Valid US driver's license and driving record compliant with company standards.
• Must reside in territory boundaries and travel ~50% for live interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, formulary changes, and patient support.
• Distribute Pfizer RC-approved materials related to coverage and reimbursement matters.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance offerings, enrollment, and HCP portals.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status of patients in Pfizer programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system.
