Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Senior Field Recruiter to oversee the hourly recruiting process, from sourcing to the job offer stage. You will implement staffing strategies and partner with HR to attract candidates, while promoting Wayne-Sanderson Farms as an employer of choice in poultry.

The role requires experience in high-volume recruiting, leadership, and strong communication. Travel up to 15% and a focus on compliance and process improvements are expected.

Qualificações

• Two years of staffing and recruiting experience, high-volume hourly recruiting, and compliance knowledge.
• Leadership experience including timekeeping, policy adherence and conflict resolution.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with production leadership.
• Lead the job preview process to ensure candidates understand duties before hire.
• Issue offer letters and coordinate background checks with HR.
• Maintain applicant tracking in Workday and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Post and validate job content across sites and target audiences.
• Generate recruiting metrics reports for leadership.
• Represent the company at job fairs and outreach events.
