Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing and recruiting, with a focus on high-volume hourly roles; EEO compliance experience preferred.
• 1 year of leadership experience including timekeeping, policy adherence and conflict resolution.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; multi-language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly recruiting from sourcing to offer, coordinating with production leadership.
• Lead job previews for hourly roles to ensure understanding of duties before hire.
• Initiate offers and ensure signed letters and records are uploaded in Workday.
• Oversee post-offer background screening and start-date coordination with HR.
• Maintain applicant tracking in Workday, keep records current and resolve statuses.
• Post jobs in Workday, validate content, and post to appropriate sites.
• Represent the company at career events to build community relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill openings and support salaried roles if needed.
• Mentor Recruiting Coordinators and drive process improvements.
• Uphold safety initiatives and PPE usage; travel up to 15%.
