Job summary

Qualifications

• Functional/Technical skills to manage recruiting workflows and data
• Ability to screen applicants, coordinate interviews and extend offers
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms is valued
• Strong communication and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly recruiting from sourcing to job offers and onboarding
• Coordinate interviews with production leadership and HR
• Post and maintain job openings in Workday and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare recruiting metrics and reports for leadership
• Represent Wayne Farms at job fairs and community events
