Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support hourly recruiting efforts and ensure pre-employment tasks are completed accurately. You will screen candidates, manage data entry, and help with job previews and paperwork for new hires.

The role requires strong clerical skills, English communication, and familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems. You will work with HR leadership and production leadership to coordinate interviews and offers.

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical functions and human resources is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is a plus.
• Strong English verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants and assist with the hourly recruiting process through offer stage.
• Manage applicant tracking in Workday and keep candidate records up-to-date.
• Participate in recruiting events to promote Wayne-Sanderson Farms as an employer of choice.
• Coordinate interviews with production leadership and HR partners.
• Assist with job bids, offer letters, and new hire orientations.
