Job summary

Wayne Farms is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the hourly hiring process from sourcing through offers. You will partner with production leadership to ensure timely interviews, strong candidate experience, and accurate postings in Workday.

The role requires at least two years in staffing for high-volume hourly hiring, excellent English communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Occasional attendance at job fairs and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of staffing and recruiting experience in high-volume hourly hiring.
• Experience with Workday or another ATS.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage the hourly recruiting process from sourcing to offer.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with leadership.
• Handle job previews and post-offer background checks.
• Maintain candidate records in Workday ATS.
• Post jobs across sites and ensure content accuracy.
• Provide recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Represent the company at job fairs and events.
