Job summary

MSIG USA seeks a Senior Commercial Property Claims Leader to independently manage highly complex, high-severity claims from assignment through resolution, including catastrophe losses and time-element exposure across a national footprint.

You will conduct on-site inspections, analyze policies and endorsements, establish reserves with sound judgment, negotiate with insureds and adjusters, and coordinate vendor relationships to drive timely, equitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible commercial property claim experience.
• Demonstrated field experience conducting on-site inspections and managing losses.
• Experience with primary and excess property claims, complex coverage analysis, reserving and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex or high-severity commercial property claims from assignment through resolution.
• Conduct on-site inspections nationwide and coordinate catastrophe response.
• Develop and execute claim strategy addressing coverage, causation, valuation and reserves.
• Interpret and analyze policies, endorsements and exposure terms to support claims decisions.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters, brokers, experts and vendors to drive timely, equitable outcomes.
