Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking an experienced claims professional to manage commercial auto physical damage and related lines. You will determine coverage, liability, and reserves within authority, and coordinate with appraisers, salvage partners, and vendors to ensure timely, fair outcomes.

Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, managing loss costs, and ensuring compliance with unfair claims practices laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active adjuster license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire; additional state licenses as required.
• Credentials such as AIC, CPCU, I-CAR, ASE collision training or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review new auto physical damage assignments; verify policy, vehicle schedule, coverages and endorsements.
• Make timely liability determinations using police reports, statements, photos, dashcam data, and scene information.
• Triage claims to appropriate handling channel per routing protocol; route to appraisal, estimating, or total loss as needed.
