Job summary

MSIG USA, a US-based subsidiary of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, is seeking an experienced Senior Field Property Claims Manager. You will independently manage highly complex property claims from assignment to resolution, including catastrophe losses, with on-site inspections across the United States.

You will oversee strategy, negotiations, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible commercial property claim experience.
• Experience handling highly complex, high-severity or large-loss claims.
• Strong knowledge of policy terms, coverage analysis and reserving.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages complex commercial property claims from assignment through resolution.
• Deploys to loss locations nationwide and conducts on-site inspections.
• Develops and updates written claim strategies addressing coverage and valuation.
• Negotiates with insureds, brokers and adjusting partners to reach resolution.
• Maintains timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
