MSIG USA is seeking a senior claims professional to independently investigate and resolve highly complex commercial auto and general liability claims, including severe bodily injury and high-exposure matters. You will lead strategy, reserving, and settlement negotiations in collaboration with defense counsel and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes disciplined claim handling, regulatory compliance, and clear communication with insureds, brokers, and partners across the lifecycle of claims,

Qualificações

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible commercial casualty claim experience.
• Experience managing litigated claims and negotiating settlements.

Responsabilidades

• Independently investigate, analyze and resolve highly complex commercial auto and general liability claims.
• Direct high-exposure litigation in partnership with defense counsel and manage budgets, experts, and discovery.
• Establish reserves and document rationale; escalate material issues promptly.
• Provide consultation on complex liability, damages, and coverage issues to colleagues.
