Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Claims professional to independently manage highly complex commercial property claims across a national footprint. The role requires leadership in field investigations, coverage analysis, and timely, equitable resolutions in line with policy terms and regulatory requirements.

You will deploy to loss locations, coordinate with insureds, brokers, and specialists, and drive strategy, reserves, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible commercial property claims experience.
• Experience handling highly complex or large-loss claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex and high-severity commercial property claims from assignment to resolution.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage, causation, scope and business interruption concerns.
• Develop and communicate written claim strategies addressing coverage, valuation and reserves.
• Coordinate with insureds, brokers, adjusters and vendors to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Lead subrogation, salvage and recovery opportunities while maintaining compliance.
