MSIG USA is seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to investigate, evaluate and resolve complex commercial automobile and general liability claims. You will manage reserves, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with insureds, brokers and internal teams to ensure compliant handling.

The role requires strong analytical judgment, risk assessment and effective communication, with travel as needed. Location options include multiple U.S. cities or remote for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of progressively responsible commercial casualty claim experience.
• Experience handling complex automobile and general liability claims, including bodily injury and property damage.
• Experience managing litigated claims and settling within authority with defense counsel.

Responsabilités

• Investigates, evaluates and resolves complex commercial auto and general liability claims.
• Develops documented claim strategies addressing liability, damages, coverage and litigation posture.
• Maintains accurate reserves and supports settlement values with analysis.
