The role requires proficiency in Xactimate, handling supplements, ALE, contents, and full claim ownership in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based in Massachusetts, with a focus on central/eastern regions, and emphasizes accurate loss assessment and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Experience negotiating settlements and handling complex files.
• Ability to work in field and desk settings and manage lifecycle of claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish.
• Confirm facts of loss, determine coverage, assess damages and negotiate settlements.
• Manage supplements, ALE, contents and personal property losses.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with customers and contractors.
• Support compliance with regulatory and fair claims practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
