Responsibilities

• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damage estimates for complex homeowner losses.
• Builds relationships with internal and external customers.
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements and documents all activities in complex files.
• Applies mastered policy knowledge and assists leadership with training.
• Recommends process improvements.
