Qualifications

• Minimum three years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Experience as Lead Communications Technician or similar position.
• At least five years in telecommunications or related construction fields.
• Proficiency with computer and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise staff and manage HR issues per policy.
• Interface with customer representatives as senior company liaison.
• Plan and manage project profitability to meet company goals.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met; monitor workload and progress.
• Review job costs, invoices, and financial reporting for accuracy.
• Complete project paperwork on time; ensure quality and safety.
• Lead on-site meetings and coordinate training sessions.
