Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Senior Patient Access Liaison (Sr. PAL) for field-based work in the Eastern U.S. The role supports REMS certification, access readiness, and education for healthcare stakeholders across REMS requirements, specialty pharmacy, and distribution channels.

You will collaborate with regional teams, educate sites, and mentor PAL colleagues while scaling patient access initiatives and ensuring compliant, patient-centered execution in a dynamic launch environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience.
• Experience supporting REMS-regulated products, buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy programs.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned geography; valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access readiness and strengthen account and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot access barriers through approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution partners.
• Receive referrals from Sales and Site of Care leads regarding readiness and challenges.
• Coach PAL colleagues and share field insights with cross-functional partners.
• Serve as regional subject-matter resource and lead projects to improve field execution.
• Maintain compliant documentation of account activities in the CRM system.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site priorities.
