Job summary

Compass Pathways Inc. is seeking a Senior Patient Access Liaison (Sr. PAL), Field Patient Access, to execute our patient engagement strategy across REMS requirements and access workflows.

This field-based role supports sites on treatment logistics, enrollment, and reimbursement education, and partners with mutual team members to drive launch readiness in the western U.S. The Sr. PAL will strengthen site access readiness, train staff on reimbursement processes, and collaborate with Sales and Site

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management.
• Experience navigating REMS-regulated products, buy-and-bill programs, and specialty pharmacy processes.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned geography (≈50%).

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment: Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Enable site access readiness: Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen account relationships.
• Provide reimbursement and access education: Educate on coverage, coding, payment, and appeals.
• Educate on case management processes: Train on consented patient case management and authorization processes.
• Support case-level access resolution: Identify and troubleshoot access barriers through approved pathways.
• Enable treatment logistics understanding: Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate on cross-functional handoffs: Receive referrals and handoffs regarding site readiness and access challenges.
• Coach and mentor PAL colleagues: Share insights and improve processes with regional partners.
• Serve as a regional subject-matter resource: Lead projects and provide feedback on field execution.
• Maintain compliant documentation: Record activities in CRM for visibility and coordination.
• Manage accounts and maintain business plans: Align plans with site priorities and readiness.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries: Avoid promotional activities or product discussions.
