Responsibilities

• Lead field services operations across active studies, ensuring timely execution and proactive resolution of field challenges
• Manage assigned research operations teams and coordinate external resources, setting clear expectations and priorities
• Recruit and onboard field resources based on capacity needs, providing ongoing guidance and support
• Maintain accurate field databases, ensuring privacy compliance
• Identify and implement improvements to field processes, workflows, tools and overall efficiency
• Conduct interviews to maintain field coverage during capacity constraints
