RetailData LLC seeks a Field Operations Manager to lead a distributed Research Associate team across the territory. You will convert schedules into reliable field execution, manage capacity, coach associates, and partner with corporate support to maintain quality and client standards.

The role emphasizes staffing, performance monitoring, and cost-aware labor management while delivering accurate results on time in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in field operations, workforce management, or project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn operational dashboards and business systems.
• Note: exclude applicants from WA or CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage Research Associate performance with clear expectations.
• Ensure staffing and scheduling meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor execution, ensure accuracy and timeliness of work, address delivery risks.
• Allocate resources to balance delivery, quality, and labor costs.
• Coordinate with corporate teams and Field Operations leadership to resolve issues.
