Unknown is seeking a Senior Research Operations Manager to lead recruitment operations onsite in Bentonville, AR. You will advise researchers on recruitment approaches, coordinate with vendors, and ensure privacy and consent practices while tracking efficiency and costs.

The role emphasizes creating scalable playbooks and training to empower researchers, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely panel access and vendor support. This position requires relocation assistance and is fully onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience advising researchers on recruitment approaches across methods (UserTesting, panels, direct outreach).
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing recruitment workflows.

Responsabilités

• Advise researchers on the best recruitment approach: UserTesting, dscout, panels, associates, sellers, drivers, vendors, or direct outreach.
• Support screeners, quotas, scheduling, incentives, no-shows, replacements, and participant communications.
• Coordinate with recruitment vendors and resolve quality, feasibility, or timeline issues.
• Ensure outreach, consent, incentives, and PII handling follow approved privacy and compliance practices.
• Track recruitment speed, cost, show rates, and participant quality to improve processes.
• Create playbooks, templates, training, and office hours so researchers can recruit confidently and consistently.
• Forecast upcoming demand and flag needs for incentives, panel access, vendor support, or platform capacity.
