Rivel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Research Field Services to oversee field services across active studies. This hands-on leadership role combines team management with direct fieldwork when needed, ensuring timely study activation and high-quality data.

You will recruit and onboard field resources, coordinate internal teams and external resources, maintain field databases, and continuously improve processes to boost efficiency and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree; experience in market research/data analysis and/or finance a plus.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data quality.
• Experience coordinating or leading multiple concurrent projects, workflows or operational priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues proactively, troubleshoot problems and drive them to resolution with urgency and sound judgment.
• Experience coordinating or leading teams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word & Excel (intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred).

Aufgaben

• Lead field services operations across active studies, including study activation, ongoing fieldwork and interviewer coverage, ensuring timely execution and proactive resolution of field challenges.
• Manage assigned research operations teams and coordinate external resources, setting clear expectations and priorities, monitoring quality and performance, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring accountability and consistent follow-through.
• Recruit and onboard field resources based on capacity needs, providing ongoing guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate field databases, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to field processes, workflows, tools and overall efficiency.
• Conduct interviews as needed to maintain field coverage during capacity constraints.
