Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire; First Aid and CPR certification required; OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field personnel to achieve high performance and growth.
• Oversees on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with project specs.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; fosters accountability and continuous improvement.
• Reviews daily field documentation, progress reports, safety logs, and planning documents for accuracy.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
