Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Field Operations Manager to lead on-site teams, coordinate with project leadership, and drive safe, high-quality project delivery. The role emphasizes accountability, collaboration with subcontractors, and adherence to safety standards on complex construction sites.

The candidate will align field activities with project objectives, manage resources, and integrate prefabrication strategies where appropriate to maintain schedule and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of field engineering/construction management experience.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred; OSHA 30 within 6 months of hire required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field individuals to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews daily field documentation, planning documentation, safety logs, and incident records for accuracy.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
