Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior field operations leader to manage multiple projects and drive performance across our portfolio. You will integrate planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure safe, on-time delivery and the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required; OSHA 30-Hour preferred within 6 months of hire.
First Aid and CPR certification required.
OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees the field operations function and individuals to drive excellence in performance and talent development.
Leads multiple field teams and emerging leaders, ensuring alignment with project strategy and client objectives.
Implements and audits safety, quality, and compliance programs for continuous improvement.
Represents field teams in status updates, risk assessments, and strategic opportunities with leadership.
