Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required; OSHA 30-Hour preferred within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the field operations function and individuals to drive excellence in performance and talent development.
• Leads multiple field teams and emerging leaders, ensuring alignment with project strategy and client objectives.
• Implements and audits safety, quality, and compliance programs for continuous improvement.
• Represents field teams in status updates, risk assessments, and strategic opportunities with leadership.
