Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive field operations and project management experience.
• Experience with multi-site field service or facilities services.
• Experience developing training materials and SOPs.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support operational execution and workforce readiness with field leadership.
• Assist labor planning, deployment, and readiness activities.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Coordinate training programs for new initiatives and policies.
• Lead continuous improvement and process standardization.
• Coordinate enterprise operational projects and timelines.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, and Safety.
