Job summary

KLA (KLA) is seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Operations Administrator to coordinate Global Workplace Services across U.S. locations. The role focuses on documentation, systems administration, supplier coordination, financial processing, reporting, and project support under GWS leadership.

This is an individual contributor position with no personnel management. You will work to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused workplace operations, handling IWMS/CMMS data, procurement, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• Experience supporting workplace operations, facilities administration, office services, or related functions.
• Experience using workplace management systems, service management platforms, or operational reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of workplace services across assigned U.S. locations.
• Coordinate supplier performance reports and KPI tracking.
• Maintain IWMS/CMMS data and generate dashboards.
• Process purchase orders and invoices.
• Support office openings, relocations, and budget tracking.
